Wells Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and professional Personal Lines Producer for their Southport, North Carolina office.

 

Wells Insurance is one of the largest and most established insurance agencies in North Carolina. Representing numerous national and regional carriers and providing coverage to individuals and corporations in 48 states.

Job Requirements

  • Valid North Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Experience selling and servicing Personal lines of insurance
  • Experience identifying prospects through referral sources and existing clients
  • Previous outside sales experience
  • Exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Must be capable of working on your own and as part of a team – including account managers, carriers and claims adjusters
  • Familiar and comfortable with advising prospects in need of sophisticated personal insurance products and risk management solutions
  • Must pass a background check

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with the TAM online software
  • Positive and dynamic team player
  • Inquisitive and excited to learn
