Wells Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and professional Commercial lines Sales Executive for their Wilmington, North Carolina, office.

Job Requirements

  • Valid North Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license
  • 5 years’ experience in Commercial Insurance sales
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Capable of selling and servicing
  • Must be capable of working on your own and as part of a team – including account managers, carriers and claims adjusters
  • Familiar and comfortable with advising medium to large companies
  • Experience with Risk Management to include: MOD promulgations, developing loss analysis, loss control reviews, etc.
  • Must pass a background check

Preferred Qualities

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with the EPIC agency management system
  • Positive and dynamic team player
  • Inquisitive and excited to learn
  • Love change and be flexible!
  • Sense of humor
